The BSTBPAD’s ergonomic, contoured design creates even weight distribution across shoulders and hips making squats, lunges and hip thrusts more comfortable. Added comfort in lifts will ensure more proper form while relieving pain and pressure on the shoulders, neck and hips. Features include 1.25” high-density, thick foam for increased durability and comfort as well as a 17.5” wide design for full shoulder coverage on any size user.
Anti-slip material ensures the pad will stay in place throughout the lift preventing shifts and rolls during even the most intense movements.

- Free shipping on machines, racks and benches across the contiguous US. Accessories and free weights (dumbbells, plates, bars and kettlebells) ship free on orders of $490 or more. Below that, accessories ship for $14.95 and free weights are charged by weight at checkout.
- Hawaii & Alaska: parcel items such as benches, storage racks and attachments ship free on orders of $2,990 or more, otherwise $45 (up to 20 lb) or $110 (20–70 lb); accessories ship free on orders of $490 or more (under $490: $45); gym equipment and free weights ship free on orders of $2,990 or more; below that, a flat freight rate is shown at checkout: $290 to $490 to Hawaii and $490 to $690 to Alaska.
- Processing: most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.
- Carriers: small items ship by parcel. Large equipment ships by freight carrier (LTL) with curbside delivery, and the carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Delivery time to Hawaii & Alaska: orders usually travel by ocean or barge freight, so plan on roughly 2–5 weeks. We send an estimate and tracking once your order ships.
- Inspect your delivery: note any damage on the carrier's receipt, take photos and email support@combogym.com within 48 hours.
- 30 days from delivery to request a return. Equipment must be unused, unassembled and in its original factory packaging with all hardware and manuals.
- To start a return, email support@combogym.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without one cannot be processed.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Oversized and freight items carry a 15% restocking fee. Small items returned unopened are exempt.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover everything. Note damage on the delivery receipt, send photos, and we ship replacement parts or a new unit at our expense with no fees.
- Not returnable: assembled products, items without original packaging, clearance, floor models and made-to-order equipment.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, minus any applicable fees.

- Valid for 30 days after your purchase.
