Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of combogym.com and any purchase you make from ComboGym, operated by FitnessDoctor Inc. (“ComboGym,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page; continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when you place an order or create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
Products and Descriptions
ComboGym is an authorized dealer. We work to describe and show our products accurately, but product images, colors, dimensions and specifications come largely from the manufacturer and may differ slightly from the item you receive. The manufacturer may update product designs or specifications without notice. If you need an exact measurement or detail before ordering, contact us.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. Some products are sold at the manufacturer’s minimum advertised price, and certain prices may only be shown in your cart. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer, so stock and lead times can change; if an item becomes unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that fail fraud checks. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, free-shipping thresholds and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Large equipment is delivered curbside by freight carrier unless you arrange an upgraded service in advance. Please inspect your shipment and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing, and report damage, missing parts or defects to support@combogym.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, restocking fees and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. ComboGym does not provide a separate warranty, but we are happy to help you file a warranty claim.
Assembly, Use and Safety
Fitness equipment must be assembled, installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You are responsible for proper assembly or for hiring a qualified installer, for checking that your floor, ceiling height and space are suitable, and for inspecting and maintaining your equipment regularly. Exercise involves a risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, supervise children and keep them away from equipment, and use spotters and safety features as recommended. Information on our website is general and is not medical or professional training advice.
Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to upload viruses or harmful code; to scrape or copy content for commercial use; or to submit false information. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the ComboGym name, belongs to ComboGym or its licensors and is protected by law. Product names and brands shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not copy or use our content without written permission.
Reviews and Comments
If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you give us permission to use, edit and publish it in connection with our business. Your content must be truthful and must not be unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Our website may link to or use third-party services, such as payment processors and carriers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComboGym and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of our website or products. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ComboGym harmless from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products or website, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect.
