In-Home Warranty
- Lifetime: frame and welds, pulleys, bushings, bearings, hardware, plates, guide rods, cables, upholstery and grips (normal wear).
Light Commercial Warranty
Applies to facilities that do not charge monthly membership dues and where equipment is not used by more than 50 people a day (for example hotels, apartments, condominiums, personal training studios, police and fire stations).
- Lifetime: frame and welds.
- 3 years: pulleys, bushings, bearings, hardware, plates, guide rods.
- 1 year: cables, upholstery, grips (normal wear).
What is covered
During the warranty period, Body-Solid will, at its discretion and at no additional charge, repair or replace a product that becomes materially defective or fails to conform to the warranty under normal use. Replaced parts become the property of Body-Solid. The warranty does not cover labor costs.
Important terms
- The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase, is your proof of purchase date.
- It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish.
- It is valid only if the product is assembled and installed according to the included instructions.
- It is void if the product was not purchased from Body-Solid or an authorized Body-Solid dealer, if proof of purchase or serial number is altered, or if the product is damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized parts, modification, or improper service or repair.
