One fair price. No coupon hunting. No surprises at checkout.
Free shipping
Most equipment ships free to all 48 contiguous states, and so does every order over $490. Smaller accessories under $490 ship at a flat rate based on weight, shown before you pay.
Hawaii & Alaska: free on orders over $2,990.* Below that, a flat freight rate applies, based on order size: $490 / $390 / $290 for Hawaii and $690 / $590 / $490 for Alaska. Very remote Alaska addresses are quoted by hand. Message us.
Made for the Islands
Hawaii has always been a big part of ComboGym, and we treat it that way. Hawaii residents get special offers on eligible items, plus freight rates built for the Islands. Message us on WhatsApp or at support@combogym.com and we'll send yours.
Package & BUILD savings
Build your own package or start from one of ours, and the savings are already in the price. No promo codes to hunt for and nothing to stack.
Authorized dealer, factory warranty
We're an authorized dealer. Every piece carries the manufacturer's warranty, and we handle the paperwork if you ever need it.
Delivery & assembly
Large equipment arrives by freight to your curb or driveway. Need it carried in and assembled? White-glove delivery and assembly are available on request in many areas. Message us for a quote.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return freight and a 15% restocking fee apply, and you'll see the terms on every product page and at checkout.
Before you order
Why no coupon codes?
A fair price shouldn't depend on a code, so ours are set to be competitive from the start and package savings apply automatically. The exception is Hawaii: Island residents get special offers on eligible items.
When will it arrive?
Most Body-Solid orders ship from the manufacturer 2–4 weeks after you order. You'll see an estimated arrival date at checkout.
How does shipping work to Hawaii & Alaska?
Freight is calculated at checkout from your address and your order. Heavy items such as weight plates, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells ship at actual freight cost.
Can I build my own package?
Yes. Start at BUILD, swap pieces, and the price updates as you go.
Who do I contact?
Message us on WhatsApp, use the chat, or email support@combogym.com.
*Exclusions apply. Free shipping may be reduced for heavy or oversized items; final rate shown at checkout.
