Most equipment ships from our supplier's warehouse in the Chicago area. Large items travel by freight truck, smaller ones by parcel.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item and your address. We send tracking as soon as your order ships and keep you updated until it arrives.
Do you deliver to mountain and coastal towns?
Yes. We deliver throughout California. For homes on steep or narrow roads, tell us in advance and we plan the delivery with the carrier.
What if something arrives damaged?
Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and contact us right away. We start the claim and make it right.
